Is it better to practice one serve until I can use it effectively and consistently, and then move on to another, or to mix it up and develop a few kinds of serve at once?

Hi Jana,

I think it Is Ok to work on a few serves at a time.   This will help your service practice time to go quicker.  It is a bit boring practicing one serve for too long.

The Float Serve

The float or no spin serve is an effective tool to have in your bag of serves. It adds good variation to your serves and can often set you up with an easy 3rd ball opportunity.
