hi coach.
i'd like first to thank you for your videos and answers and i want to know how can i choose  the best shoes when i am playing?? i was playing with Nike air but i found it heavy

This will give you some simple tips on choosing a good shoe.  A lot of the indoor sports shoes now are good for Table Tennis.
