Serving
Dear Pingskills,
Something that really annoys me, when I do a pendulum serve i try to get a lot of curve(excessive) but i cant. I hit side, side-top and side-back. But I still cant get the desired effect. My equipment is sound Mark V rubber.
Can you help!
Hi Aaron,
Try just slowing the serve down a little if you want more curve. Sometimes you may have as much spin but the ball won't curve because it has too much forward momentum.
Make sure you are brushing the ball on the side and contact the ball fast but very thin to get the curve you are looking for.
