Hi Aaron,

The basic principles of getting a good serve is to generate lots of spin, then work on your placement.

To generate more spin you really need to get a fine contcat on the ball and then get th econtact really fast to get the ball spinning around fast.  When you can do it it's a great feeling.  You can start to make your opponent miss the table with their returns which can be really good fun.
