How can I set up my mind for a serious tournament or game and practice drills at home if I don't have a ping pong table?
Are there any proven-to-work drills and exercises I can do at home?

The best thing of course is to have a table but here are some drills that you can do if you don't have a table. See our lesson on Practicing Alone in the Training Secrets course of lessons.
During your last session before the tournament we throw away the usual training structure and spend 60 minutes of our session just playing games. It's the best way to prepare for your tournament.
