Rubber and blade combination

Hi Pingskills! I often read in a Chinese website they say it is better to have a combination like this:
Soft rubber + Hard blade
or
Hard rubber + Soft blade
Is it that true? What if I put the softs together and the hards too?

It is always a matter of personal preference. Try it out and see if it feels right for you.
