Coach,

What do i do if my rubber is dead? I dont want to get new rubber is there any other way?

If i do get new rubber would the wood peel if i peel it out?

Hi William,

If your rubber is not gripping, try to wipe it with some water.  If it is still not grippy it is time to get a new rubber. 

When you are taking it off your blade go slowly and peel it from the edges.  Go around the blade and do a little at a time till you reach the middle.
