hi coach,
can u make a video tutorial on reverse pendulum serve with a penhold grip?
i find it very hard do it ..plz help Nickace

Hopefully the Premium members will vote for a video response here for you.
It is a little easier with the penhold grip because you don't need to alter your grip to do it. All the principles as the same as with the shakehand grip. Take a look at Simon's explanation of how he teaches the Reverse pendulum serve. Focus on the bat angle that Simon shows as well.
