I have been practicing reverse pendulum serve. But I am getting pain in my wrist. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to get used to it?

Hi Ricky,

It is a very strange position for the wrist to be in.  Try not to practice it too repetitively.  Maybe you can just spend a few minutes at a time on the Reverse Pendulum and then change to a different serve and come back to it.

Try putting a pack of ice layered with a towel on the painful part. Do it about 4-6 times a day, about 5-20 minutes each time. I hope it can reduce the pain and swelling.
