Sir, my current blade is lkt lord of speed with pro xp at fh and rapid speed on bh . this combination is pretty fast for me and many of my shots run out of the table . so I was thinking to buy new low cost rubbers . I was thinking to go with lkt pro xt or rapid soft or friendship rubber . please tell me the exact combination that I should go with.

Hi Yash,

I don’t have any real preferences with this.  Other readers may be able to help you.

If you are feeling that the rubber is too fast then get something slower.  Mark V is a good rubber that we recommend.

I have no idea about the blade you are using, but the rubbers are already relatively slow. You should probably keep using the same rubbers and try to hit the ball a bit slower yourself.

If the rubbers lost their grip and needs to be replaced anyway, your choices are just fine. Pro xt is just a bit slower than pro xp and rapid soft is a bit slower and softer than rapid speed. However, if rapid speed feels too fast, than most likely pro xt will be too fast as well. You should consider using rapid soft on both sides or rapid soft on one side and rapid sound on the other.
