Reverse pendulum serve

Hi alois and jeff, 

Can u tell me bout the basics of the reverse service? i use a lot of wrist in my stroke is this ok?

Also i gt a terrible time generating backspin. any advice?

Hi Shripathi,

Take a look at the video lesson that Simon has made on the basics.  It will really give you a good idea of what needs to be done.

How do I get feeling in the Reverse Pendulum Serve? will help you.  To get backspin you need to get your bat under the ball on contact.  To do this try standing me upright and reach over the top of the ball.
