Hi sir, i really need to know how to execute the reverse pendulum serve as timo boll does. I think i would learn it fairly fast if i know how to do. Many players in my club can do it, so i also want to know how to do the serve.

i have a similar problem

when i do the reverse pendulum serve, it feels awkward and is not fluid

i have no trouble performing the pendulum serve

i've tried over and over, but i'm not improving. (i only do these in practices, never in matches)
