hi sir i always play with my friend mostly and whenever i chop he does strange kind of spin which bounces and goes back to him which i find difficult because we cannot get there or get confused. so how to reply to the so called ghost spin?

Hi Sanat,

The best way is to make a push stroke back to them.  Stay close to the table and if you need to step in close to the net with your right leg.  This will get you closer to the ball and give you more control.

Then you will need a very open bat (facing towards the roof) and even push up on the ball a little to counteract the backspin on the ball.
