Okay, So the basic problem is my forehand.

And my friends and I play T.T everyday,now they always give me forehand serves and that too is very complicated to return.

So I signed up with you to get tutorial's for this problem.

Hi Albert,

First work on the basic forehand strokes, the Forehand Counterhit.  Then you can move onto the Forehand Topspin Against Block.

For the fast serves to the forehand make sure you are watching the ball.  You will tend to use a topspin stroke on this return as the ball will be long.

I often find that players that are a lot weaker on one side tend to stand favouring their stronger side.  So for you, try turning slightly to face the right.
