Hi, my problem is that i have problems to attack low balls insted of pushing back i want to attack.

Can you help me?

Hi Erik,

The best stroke to use is the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin stroke.  Don't try and hit the ball too hard to start with.  Make sure you are getting the topspin on the ball to lift it over the net.
