Hi Umar,

Don't try to do too mush with it.  The ball will almost go back on the table by itself if you contact it correctly.

If you find you have more time then you can increase the size and power of your stroke but initially use the topspin and speed on the ball to direct the ball back to where you want it.

Ideally eventually you will topspin the return back and add your own power but if you are finding that difficult then make it more basic.
