How can i replace the addoy rubber but its sponge wont come off with the rubber
Hi Mark,
If you find it difficult to get the sponge off the blade then you can use a solvent like Mineral turps to soften the sponge and get it off the blade.
There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!

Hi,
How do you use mineral turps
Hi Ashish,
You can just brush it on the sponge under the rubber. If you can lift the sponge a little then get it under the sponge. This will react with the sponge and the glue and soften it to help to remove the sponge.

Any idea where can we get it
Most hardware stores will have it. It may be called something different in other countries.

Can we use distilled turpentine instead of mineral turpentine
I don’t know the difference. Perhaps someone else will.

distilled is a bit more harsh but will still work fine
