I used to play 5hrs a day (morning and evening) and I play basic skills of table tennis quite nicely..But if I take an interval for more than two days, I find it difficult to play even the basics..it takes me weeks to regain my game..I welcome your valuable suggestions to overcome this
There is nothing physical that changes that much in a couple of days. So it is more about being open to allow yourself to adapt at the start of each session. Your ability doesn't change, allow yourself to relax and play as you know how to.
