Refusing Legal Serves

Rules

My company has a work table tennis league with 14 players right now. My biggest issue is that I'm one of only 3 or 4 players who serve legally. Everyone else holds the ball over the table and serves from their fingertips. Do you have any advice for convincing a crowd of amateur players to play by ITTF rules?

Hi Bradley,

That is a really difficult one.

You could put up a copy of the table tennis rules brochure that we have.  This may help to convince them, however, if nobody wants to play by the rules you may be in trouble.
