Red side or black side

Hello respectful coaches,
I just wanted to ask whether we should use the red side of the bat or the black side of the bat as my backhand or forehand. Which side do you use as backhand.

Hi Preetish,
The Red and Black doesn’t make any difference so as long as the rubber is the same, you can use either colour on either side.
