whats the difference between a black and red rubber?

Hi Achyuth,

There is no difference at all.  You just have to have the rubber on one side black and the other red.  This rule was brought it so that your opponent can tell which rubber you are hitting with.  You can have different rubbers on both sides and those rubbers can be really different to each other.
