I want to ask that when i play the forehand topspin the return comes quite fast which sometimes is difficult to adjust with. can you provide me with some tips so that i can get into position in lesser time to play the next shot?

Hi Afzaaluddin,

The key here is to be balanced when you are playing the first topspin.  You can do this by having a wider base with your legs and not trying to play the topspin too fast.  Try to keep the first topspin under control and set yourself up for the next ball.

A wider base and balance during the strokes is vital.
