Hi Aloir sir,
How can i recover after the return of long fast and wide serve. As you know it drags us away from the backhand side which then becomes worrying.
This depends on your footwork. It is important to practice and train those sort of movements so that you get faster at making the moves.
After you move out wide, you need to push back with your left leg to get back into more of a central position.
