When i try to do a really fast backspin it is very slow and very high.

Hi Felix,
It is difficult to do a fast backspin ball because you need to be very accurate.
It is more important to get the ball low and to good position.

Ah that is very different Felix. Take a look at this tutorial on Advanced Forehand Topspin for some help with this.
