Hey alios ,

Im having mark 5 rubber on both forehand as well as on backhand . so when i push a serve the ball gets too high which makes it more easier for my opponent .. so how can i come over it !???

Hi Akhil,

Try brushing under the ball a little more.  If you hit the ball too flat it will go up high.  If you brush the ball with more backspin it will tend to go lower.

Also think about having your hand more relaxed and soft so that you are getting a softer touch on the ball.

Try it and let me know how it works.
