Strokes
hello coach,
i saw that some of professional players tend to punch the ball when they do the block
what's the differences between the ordinary block?
Hi Brian,
The punch is basically a fast block. You hit the ball flat but fast. You can see some footage of it in our lesson on how to Counter a Slow Spinny Topspin.
When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
