hello coach,

i saw that some of professional players tend to punch the ball when they do the block

what's the differences between the ordinary block?

Hi Brian,

The punch is basically a fast block.  You hit the ball flat but fast.  You can see some footage of it in our lesson on how to Counter a Slow Spinny Topspin.
