Do you use protection sheets on your Table Tennis Paddle? Is there any pros and cons?

Hi Joseph,
I don't use them but that is only due to laziness. I think they are a good idea to protect your rubber in between uses.
There are no real cons to using them.

Can I use one protection sheet several times? How do I use it? How do I clean my bat ?
You should be able to use it for quite a while. You can still wipe your bat with a damp sponge before you put the sheet over it. Make sure it dries properly before you put the sheets on though.
