hello again

you said what kind of problem, well when i try to hit the ball 2 things happen:

first i may lose the ball i mean i can't hit it

and when i can be able to hit it it goes beyond the table

that is my problem help me please

Hi Mehrdad,

The problem of not hitting the ball can be rectified by watching the ball more closely.  To do this you need to keep your head very still while you are playing.  This is something you need to practice with your technique.  Then practice just watching the ball very carefully during your hitting.

If you are hitting the ball too long, this can often be that you are not contacting the ball with enough topspin.  Focus on the contact of the ball and make sure you are brushing the ball on contact. Watch to see that theball is dipping after you hit it.  The more dip the better to start with.  This will solve the problem of hitting the ball long.

Focus on these two things and I am sure it will help.
