While playing topspin from which part of our racket should you hit. Top, centre or bottom of the bat? Is this important to consider while playing this shot?

Hi Abinhav,

For the slower spinnier topspin it is better to hit the ball closer to the top edge.  For a faster topspin the middle isbest.  This is not so important when you are learning the stroke or if your stroke is not consistent yet.

To start with aim for the middle of the bat.  The more important part is to get the brushing contact.
