Hello Coach,

However I have difficulty returning balls that are low semi long that is barely coming off the table I either

  • Hit the ball so that it goes out of the table
  • Or I hit it too high and the opponent gets a chance to attack

What can I do in this situation.

Forehand Flick

When your opponent plays a short ball to your forehand, you can play an attacking stroke by using the flick. This stroke is also known as the flip.
