I have a table (not a PP table) and it is up against a wall so I can hit the ball and it bounces back on the table.

The table is the same height as a normal PP table so I can practise on it.

I have watched the "practising alone video" many times

Do you have some exercises for me to improve my skills

p.s. don´t give me some beginner stuff like bouncing the ball on my bat.

Hi John,

You can get the ball moving from side to side and therefore practice your footwork as well.  You can also do one backspin and then one topspin stroke, like you are playing against a long pimple player.

The main thing that you will get out of hitting against the wall is control of the ball and also timing.

#9 - Forehand Attacking Technique

In this session we introduce some random drills. A random drill is where you don't always know where the ball is going. Random drills are really important for your development as they are more game like. You need to be able to play your strokes well even when you don't know where the ball is going. We also continue to work on your new serve. This week we introduce a target into your service practice to help you gain even more control on your serve.
