Hi there coach, I just wanted to ask if there is any way how I can practice my third ball attack without having a partner? thanks

Hi Wayne,

This is really difficult.  You really need a training partner to do this effectively because you need to feel the effect of your serve coming back as well.  Your serve will effect the bounce of the return slightly each time.
