My training is only once every week so what kind of training should i do?

I would recommend you do some drills and then finish off the session with games. Take a look at the structure we provide in our free download of our Training Plan (PDF). This will give you the break up of the session and the things you can do.

Short pushing, blocking and counter looping. These are some of things we'll get you to work on during this session to prepare for playing against an attacking player.
