Hi Frendy,

You can do this by just practicing the movement with out hitting a ball.  This is very effective as a practice.

I've just try to practice it in rally vut i found that it is so hard to do it

So, can you tell me how to practice it easily ? i've tried what you've said in the video but i found it really hard

My senior said that it is better to practice it by just hit the ball with the forehand so i must move but it is hard especially wide at the backhand

Please for your advice

Thank you :D

It is a matter if practice Frendy.  You will not get it straight away.  Practice it away from the table sometimes till you get the movement correct then move back onto the table and try again.  Your senior is right, do 2 forehand hits so that you get the movement correct.
