How I can Practice for Backhand Chop?
Hi Ayush,
One way is to get someone to feed multi ball to you. Get them to feed a topspin ball consistently to you so that you can practice your chop stroke. Take a look at our section on Multiball to get some ideas of how to do this practice.
Otherwise get someone to topspin consistently to you if you can find someone to do that for you with enough ability.
It's not only your topspin strokes which can benefit from some variation in speed. Pushes also can become very effective when their speed is mixed up. In this session we focus on slow and fast pushes.
