Hello, i watched the video on YouTube about practicing some skills alone. I am a penholder, should i do these exercises holding the paddle penhold mode? Or shakehand mode?

Hi Jorge,

You would be best to do these using the penhold grip.  Some of the skills may be awkward but give them a try. The idea behind doing these skills is to develop control for when you play a game so using the penhold grip would be best for you.

In this session we give you plenty of practice to improve your lobbing skills.
