How can i influence better players to play with me or practice with me? Because sometimes they dont want to practice with me because they are better than me.

Hi Kevin,
I think this is a difficult question. It depends on the person. I think the best thing is to try and train with players of your own ability first, if there are some of those around.
Show that you are keen to train and have good discipline during training and then the better players may see this and want to train with you.
