Do portable ping pong sets actually help in development of skills?

Hi Juni,
If you are talking about the small sets, I think they could help a little with control but not really in the long term.

We set you a number of drills where you are challenged to play some slower shots to try and draw the error from your opponent. In some drills you need to do this when you are blocking and some when you are attacking.
