I have been watching Seoul player Joo Se Hyuk. I think he's being recognized as one of the best chop players in the world.

How can I improve the chopping techniques ?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

We have some lessons on the chop strokes that you will be able to watch and learn from.  Take a look at Forehand Chop and Backhand Chop in our Strokes and Techniques section of our Lessons page.
