hi,
Actually, alois and jeff, i really want to watch a video of yours which im eager to see from a week...... but i dont get the permission from my parents to become a premium member...so, if possible can you just teach me how to do the pendulum serve by messaging me please??

hi alois,
i just didnt understand some things...... whats the exact position when doing a pendulum serve and how high should our elbow be while servicing??
Your positon is side on to the table with your left leg touching the backhand corner of the table.
Your elbow should be up quite high up around the same height as your shoulder, so that your forearm can swing through like a pendulum.

Yes, bend your legs to get down a little lower.
