I've never seen this newsletter. I've been a premium member since 2010 and "My info" says I'm subscribed. It's not in my spam folder. How exactly does one subscribe to the newsletter?

Hi Douglas,

I'm away over Easter but when I get back I'll take a look and see if I can work out what is happening and why you aren't receiving the newsletters.
