Equipment
Hello, occasionally when I am putting together a bat, sometimes I get some glue on to the top sheet and it can be hard to remove. I was wondering if there is a easy way to remove the unwanted glue.
Hi Cary,
If the glue is on the surface of the bat it just use water as a solvent and some gentle rubbing to get the glue off. I guess it will depend on the type of glue you are using.

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!

Hi,
Applying thinner is not good idea as it will ruined expensive rubber. Use of water is better way to remove glue. If glue is water based then it will easily rmoved by using water.
Thanks,
