hallo,if my opponent often uses backspin, how can i make defence and beat him?

Hi Thanasis,

You need to use the Push stroke if you want to use defence.  However a defender usually likes their opponent to push to them because that is what they do well.

Try to use the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin.  This will give you the attacking position ans make it harder for the defender.
