ping pong paddles?

i Have a butterfly champ f-3 preassembled paddle and a joola custom made paddle...... i saw that the custom made played better than the pre-assembled one why is that? the rubber on my joola was an lkt rapid speed on both sides... im not sure what the rubber on my butterfly was.

Hi Samuel,

The pre-made bats are usually made of a lower quality rubber and wood.  The rubber on the Champ is a very slow rubber that is good for control.  There are usually targeted at beginner level players.
