I am working on staying lower with a slight forward lean stance during rally
Are there weight training exercises I can do to improve physically?

Hi Andy,
I think that skipping and squats are 2 good exercises that you can start with.
That forward position requires some strength and it is often also just a matter of getting used to being in that lower position. The skipping will help you with the explosive movement from that position.

Get the most out of your topspins by using speed and spin. If you simply hit the ball faster without any topspin, it will sail off the end of the table.
