Hi Alois if you go on stiga's youtube channel and watch there recent short documentary with truls moregardh I was wondering how the exercise at 1:59 to 2:02 helps him in table tennis? Its the one where he is doing the 'boxing' motion.

I think this would help with the strength in the shoulders and the back.
Hit the ball faster and with more consistency. That is what we would all like to do. In this week's training plan we present several drills to help you work towards this goal. Each drill starts of consistently and then you are asked to increase the speed while still maintaining your technique.
