Can you get hurt in the wrist when you play with the penhold grip.

Hi Tim,

No, there is no greater danger with using the penhold grip.  Problems with the wrist usually arise when the player has tension in the wrist.  It doesn't matter whether they are playing shaekhand or penhold. Have you had wrist problems?
