hi,
I am a penholder and I am trying to learn rpb but i can't find any tutorials on the net please make a rpb tutorial for penholder's who are trying to rpb.

Hi Nikhil,
At the moment we have a lesson on our youtube channel for the Penhold Grip. We haven't expanded much on the penhold at this stage due to time restraints. The lesson we have covers the RPB. Take a look at you should get the basics.

Forehand Chop
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
