which one is the best grip either penholdgrip or the shakehand grip

Hi Suhas,

Whichever one you feel comfortable with. Players at the top level play with both of these grips so they can both be used to great effect.

See whichever one feels more comfortable for you personally.

Forehand Topspin Variations

A great weapon is being able to vary the amount of speed and spin on your forehand topspin stroke. By making your stroke more vertical and brushing the ball finely, you can generate more spin. For more speed you need to swing more horizontally.
