How do I overcome my anxiety or nervousness when I play in the tournament?

Some basic things to think about are focusing on something like your breathing. This can be a good way to calm yourself. Also think about the strategy you will use in the next point. This gets you back to the present rather than thinking about the past or future.
We are planning to make a lesson on this whole topic. It is a really big area to think about.
